Dobrinski Digital operates an SMS program for service-related communications and, where separately consented to, promotional communications.
Program description. Messages include responses to inquiries, appointment and service notifications, follow-up communications, and account or project updates.
How to opt in. You consent to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on this website or a form we operate on behalf of a client, by providing it in writing, or by providing it verbally and confirming your consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email mike@dobrinskidigital.com.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.

Services
Automation and consulting services are provided under a separate written agreement between Dobrinski Digital and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, and no engagement begins until a written agreement is executed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these terms and an executed services agreement, the services agreement controls.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Dobrinski Digital LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
